I have over 19 years of experience working in international companies across highly regulated environments, including telecom, fintech, aviation, e-commerce, and insurance. My career has been built around governance, risk, compliance, and operational oversight - roles where integrity, discretion, and trust are essential.

Throughout my professional life, I have worked within strict corporate and regulatory frameworks, collaborating with boards, CEOs, executive teams, regulators, and international stakeholders across different cultures and jurisdictions.

Today, I support foreign founders entering Kazakhstan by acting as a trusted local counterpart on the ground - helping them navigate local business realities, identify reliable partners, and avoid common entry risks that are not visible from outside the market.
